Adobe released a html5 css3 pack for Dreamweaver which will enhance the productivity of a developer and coder. It will show you instant live view of latest tags included into HTML5 and CSS3 which is not available in original Dreamweaver CS5 release.

Adobe lab is a technology playground for new tech like Google code lab. Here you can ask for a feature, support, you can contribute too. Most of the things the do here is for public and its free for everyone, obviously you should be a Adobe product user.

These features may require some other things to install like Adobe Extension Manager CS5(this comes with almost every adobe product just don’t ignore it while installing CS5) for installing this pack. You will have 30 days trial period then you can use some methods to make it full version like crack, keygen etc.

issues which needs to be resolved

This pack supports a lot of new features of HTML5 and CSS3 but there are some issues which needs to be resolved. Here are they for your reference so you can avoid some wonders.

1. When using the HTML5 Starter Layouts, be sure to set the doctype to HTML5. The proper doc type is already in the page, but a different setting for the doctype will overwrite it.
2. CSS3 Box-shadow is not supported on Windows.
3. Design View does not support Media Queries or CSS3 properties.
4. Add Media Queries cannot be added while in Live View with dynamic pages.
5. Site Root relative paths are not yet supported.
6. Cannot add Media Queries to Templates and Template instances.
7. HTML5 tags do not show up in the New CSS Rule dialog.
8. CSS3 properties do not appear in the CSS Panel.
9. @font-face is not supported.
10. Refreshing the Multiscreen Preview will refresh the current page in Dreamweaver, not the file shown in the File field.

Its good to know about the features and capabilities of a product but knowing issues and limitations help you much while working with the product. It eases your mind sometimes.
